Yes. Your teacher will listen to your singing and choose exercises for your level. You do not need to read music to start.
Can I start in my 30s, 40s or 50s?
Yes, we teach adult beginners. Tell your teacher whether you want to sing for yourself, karaoke or a performance. Your goal will guide your lessons.
What happens in a trial lesson?
You meet your teacher, try vocal exercises and discuss your goals. A trial lasts 30 minutes, or 20–30 minutes for young children. You can then decide whether to continue.
What do I need for online lessons?
A phone or laptop with a camera and a stable internet connection. A built-in microphone is enough to start. Find a quiet space and ask which video app to use when booking.
What age can children start?
From age 3, with 30-minute lessons for younger children. For a six-year-old, discuss the right lesson length with the teacher after meeting.
Can I attend my child’s lesson?
Tell the administrator you would like to attend. Agree on this with the teacher before the first lesson to help your child settle in.
When will I notice progress?
It depends on your starting point, regular lessons and practice between sessions. Discuss a specific goal and how to assess progress with your teacher.
How do I choose or change a teacher?
Share your age, experience, preferred format and goal when booking. The administrator will suggest a teacher. If you want to try another teacher after the trial, let us know.
Can I reschedule a lesson?
Give at least 6 hours’ notice before the lesson. With shorter notice the lesson counts as delivered and is not compensated. If you arrive late, the lesson still ends at its scheduled time. If the teacher cancels, the school will hold the lesson at another time agreed with you.
How long is a package valid? Can I freeze it?
Packages are valid for one calendar month and activate on the day of payment. If you cannot start right away, you have 1 week to activate. Unused lessons do not carry over to the next month, and freezing is not available.
How do I pay from abroad?
Online lessons for students abroad have euro prices. The administrator will provide available payment methods and details when you book.
Do you offer gift certificates or competition preparation?
Yes — digital gift certificates for 4, 8 or 12 lessons, delivered by email, Telegram or Viber. The first lesson must be taken within 1 week, and all lessons within one calendar month. For competition preparation, share the requirements and date: the administrator will confirm arrangements with a teacher.
