Before your first lesson
Do I need a professional microphone?
A built-in phone or laptop microphone is enough to start. If the sound cuts out or becomes distorted, discuss the settings with your teacher.
Can I have evening lessons in my time zone?
Share your country and preferred hours. The administrator will check the teacher’s availability and confirm a time when booking.
Does the format work for children?
The school provides online lessons for children. For younger children, a trial helps assess how they interact with the teacher through a screen.
What if my internet disconnects?
Contact your teacher or administrator through another channel. Agree on how to continue; ask about arrangements for connection problems before paying.
