1 · Services
The provider arranges and delivers singing lessons, and the customer pays for the agreed services. Format, teacher, quantity, duration, price and schedule are confirmed before payment. Lessons develop singing skills; they are not medical treatment or a guarantee of admission, awards or a specified result within a fixed time.
2 · Customer and student
An adult customer may learn themselves or arrange lessons for a child they are authorised to represent. Provide accurate contact details and the student’s age. Agree on a parent’s attendance before the child’s first lesson. For young children, the trial helps assess the format and duration.
3 · Booking and acceptance
Lessons are booked through the website contact form, in a Telegram chat with the administrator, or by phoning the school administrator. An enquiry requests a discussion and does not itself create a payment obligation. The administrator sends confirmation containing the essential terms, the payment method and a link to the active offer. Making the agreed payment after reviewing the terms constitutes acceptance of this offer.
4 · Price and payment
Website prices describe available options; the provider confirms the final order price before payment. The payment method is agreed with the school administrator; a package is paid for on the day it activates. Euro tariffs are shown for students abroad. Agree on the payment currency, recipient and possible fees before transferring funds. Do not share banking passwords, CVV or one-time codes. The provider supplies payment documentation where legally required. Later price increases do not change an already paid order without agreement.
5 · Duration, packages and schedule
Regular lessons last 45 minutes for adults and older children, or 30 minutes for younger children. Trials last 30 minutes, or 20–30 minutes for young children. Packages of 4, 8 or 12 lessons are valid for one calendar month and activate on the day of payment; if the student cannot start right away, they have 1 week to activate. Unused lessons do not carry over to the next month unless another arrangement is confirmed. Agree on a feasible schedule before paying. The teacher discusses the appropriate duration for six-year-olds after meeting them. Gift certificates for 4, 8 or 12 lessons are delivered digitally; the first lesson must be taken within 1 week and all lessons within one calendar month.
6 · Rescheduling and cancellation
Give at least 6 hours’ notice when requesting a change. The parties agree on a new time based on teacher availability. With less than 6 hours’ notice, the lesson counts as delivered and is not compensated. If the student is late, the lesson runs only until its scheduled end; missed time is not made up. If the provider cancels a lesson, the school holds it at an additional time agreed with the student.
7 · Online lessons and interruptions
The customer prepares a device with camera, microphone and internet. The provider confirms the app, link and time zone in advance. If connection loss, power disruption or an air raid alert interrupts a lesson, prioritise safety and agree on continuing or rescheduling. An interruption does not itself establish that the full service was delivered.
8 · Withdrawal, refunds and freezing
Email aivavoiceschool@gmail.com to discuss ending lessons or a refund for undelivered services. Include your name, payment date, order and request. The provider checks payments and completed lessons and explains the calculation under the contract and applicable law. Requests are reviewed within 14 days; refunds are made by the same method used for payment unless agreed otherwise. Package freezing is not available. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
9 · Working together
The teacher explains exercises and gives feedback during the agreed lesson. Students practise with regard to their wellbeing and report discomfort. All parties communicate respectfully. Progress depends on starting level, regularity and practice; identical results are not promised. Discuss available options with the administrator if you want to change teachers.
10 · Materials and recording
Teacher materials are intended for personal learning. Recording or publishing a lesson, student photograph, voice or review requires appropriate separate consent. Payment or acceptance of this offer does not authorise using a child’s image in advertising. Respect copyright in songs and teaching materials.
11 · Responsibility and disputes
Each party is responsible for its agreed obligations under applicable law. Notify the other party of circumstances affecting performance and discuss next steps. A complaint may first be sent to the school; this does not restrict the right to contact competent authorities or a court. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over terms that cannot lawfully restrict them.
12 · Effective date and changes
The provider publishes the active version and effective date here. An order remains subject to the terms accepted at booking unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. The provider’s legal details are an integral part of the agreement.
